What? What is there still to do? I’ve never seen people talk so much about what has to be done as opposed to just, ya know, doing it.
Can you imagine watching this roundtable of dipshits clucking about how somebody, somewhere, should do something! This is a problem that is solved simply by the jerkoffs stepping away from their conferences and making comics. That’s it! Diversity! Problem solved!
That would mean less patting themselves on the back and more actual work, though, so don’t look for that to happen anytime soon.

Because in Japan they care about the comics, not causes.
